Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your account and its associated learning data. Requests require manual processing. Your account and data remain in place until the request is processed.
Identify your account
Sign in to the account you want deleted. This helps ensure that only you can request changes to it.
Guest accounts
You do not need to add an email to request deletion. Open this page in the browser or app session where you are playing as a guest, or use Profile settings there. Your existing session identifies the guest account. A guest nickname alone cannot recover access.
Submitting a deletion request does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Manage any subscription separately through the provider where you purchased it.
