- The C&G 2382-26 assessment is 60 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes, sat on screen with BS 7671 available to consult. Our papers are built to the same shape — 60 questions, one answer from four options each, 120 minutes on the clock, marked at 60% — which works out at about two minutes a question.
- Is there a free 18th Edition mock exam?
- Yes. Paper 1 is a complete 60-question, 120-minute mock on the free tier — the whole paper, not a sample. Start as a guest without an email or card, then link an account to keep access across devices. Papers 2 and 3 are part of Premium.
- What is the pass mark for the 18th Edition exam?
- City & Guilds describes the assessment pass mark as approximately 60%. Our practice papers use a fixed 60% threshold, or 36 of 60, with an area breakdown to help plan revision. Confirm current exam arrangements with your centre.
- Do the papers use questions from your lessons?
- No. All 180 questions across the three papers are held back from the learning path — you will not meet any of them in a lesson, and no question appears in two papers. A mock is only a prediction of your result if the questions are ones you have not already answered and had explained to you.
- Are these real past papers?
- No, and deliberately so. Every question is written by us against BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 and tagged to the amendment it reflects. Past papers are copyrighted, and recycled ones go stale the moment the regulations move.
