ECS card

Electrotechnical Certification Scheme

The card many electricians and electrical workers show to get on to UK building sites. Its colour and title reflect the holder's qualifications and role, from trainee up to fully qualified electrician, and most cards also need a recent health and safety assessment. People apply to the scheme themselves once they have the qualifications it asks for; no online course, including this one, can issue one.
